To get married in the City of San Diego, couples must apply for a marriage license at any County Clerk-Recorder office anywhere in the State of California. The license cannot be from another state.
Count back 90 days from your wedding date, and you can obtain your license ANYTIME DURING that 90-day window. Don't get the license too early... it expires 90 days from the date of issue.
There is NO blood test required. There is NO waiting period.
